Monica Rubins is a seasoned financial architect for the entertainment industry, specializing in the complex, day-to-day business management of high-level creatives. With a career spanning two decades in the heart of Los Angeles’ financial hubs, Monica provides the analytical rigor and structural oversight that allow producers, actors, directors, and musicians to remain in their creative flow.

The Foundation Monica’s journey began at San Diego State University, where she earned her BS in Business with an emphasis in Accounting. In 2006, she joined the prestigious firm Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman in Century City. Starting as a bookkeeper, she spent eight years mastering the nuances of industry finance, eventually rising to the role of Account Manager. In 2013, she transitioned to Dunn, Pariser & Peyrot in Encino, where she continued to refine her expertise in navigating the intricate financial landscapes of elite talent.

The Evolution In 2018, driven by a vision to provide a more personalized, systems-oriented approach, Monica chose to "create her own path" and founded Choice Business Management. Today, she and her specialized team act as the central nervous system for her clients' financial lives. Her firm handles everything from meticulous bookkeeping and bill pay to processing complex payroll for household and creative teams.
